ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a full-time remote role for eBay Listing Specialist at Paul Russells for eBay, UK Marketplace. The persons will be responsible for managing product listings on the platform, ensuring accurate descriptions, images, and pricing. They will also assist with product management, sales support, and provide excellent customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and optimise eBay product listings, including images, pricing, stock, and descriptions.
  • Write compelling SEO-friendly titles and product descriptions to maximise visibility.
  • Monitor and process orders, returns, and customer queries promptly.
  • Handle international marketplace listings, pricing strategies, and shipping settings.
  • Track performance using eBay analytics tools and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure alignment with company's branding strategy and customer experience standards.
  • Collaborate with inventory and warehouse teams to ensure smooth fulfilment.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficiency in
    eBay Seller Hub, product uploading, SEO, and basic analytics
    .
  • In-depth knowledge of eBay's platform, policies, SEO practices, and marketing tools (e.g., Promoted Listings).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use tools and reports to drive decision-making.
  • Customer-focused mindset with experience handling customer inquiries and disputes effectively.
  • Familiarity with tools like Linnworks or similar eBay management software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in written English.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and detail-oriented.

REQUIRED ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS AND WORK EXPERIENCE

  • B.Sc. in CSE preferred; other backgrounds may apply with relevant experience.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing eBay stores.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

Employees must be available during holidays, especially for product launches and festive seasons, to ensure smooth operations, manage increased customer inquiries, and handle higher sales volumes during the critical times. Flexibility and availability are key expectations for team members.
