Job Summary:
We are looking for
a
detail-oriented and motivated Quality Assurance (QA) Analysts to join our team in
Dhaka, Bangladesh
. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products, with a focus on
Web (ASP.Net), Azure, and Windows applications
. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), a passion for finding and documenting defects, and a commitment to delivering a high-quality user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans
and test cases based on project requirements and specifications. - Perform manual testing
for new features, bug fixes, and regression cycles. - Identify, document, and track software defects
using a bug-tracking system (e.g., Team Foundation Server, Azure DevOps). - Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other team members
to understand features and resolve issues. - Conduct root cause analysis
for complex technical issues and provide clear, actionable feedback to the development team. - Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
to contribute to overall team success. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process
by suggesting new tools, methodologies, and best practices.
Required Qualification:
- Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field. - Experience:
1-3 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or similar role.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Hands-on experience with bug-tracking and test case management tools.
- Familiarity with SQL and databases for backend testing.
- Experience with testing
Web (ASP.Net), Azure, and Windows applications.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent written and spoken English is a requirement.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- High attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualification:
- Knowledge of performance and security testing principles.
- Experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
Salary:
25k to 50k Bangladeshi Taka Per month (depending upon skills experience)
