Senior Counselor

Job Description / Responsibility

Visa Guide is a leading and well-reputed student consultancy firm in Bangladesh. We specialize in guiding students toward higher education opportunities abroad with honesty, efficiency, and professionalism. To support our growing operations, we are looking for experienced and energetic professionals to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Counsel students on higher education opportunities in Canada, USA, New Zealand, Australia, and Europe, with strong knowledge of each country's education system, visa requirements, admission procedures, and tuition fee structures.
  • Provide professional student counseling, assessing academic background, financial capability, and career goals to recommend suitable institutions and programs.
  • Guide students on tuition fees, living costs, payment methods, and financial requirements for different study destinations.
  • Assist students throughout the university/college application and admission process.
  • Open, manage, and monitor student files from initial counseling to visa submission.
  • Process, prepare, and review documents related to student visa applications.
  • Maintain regular communication with partner institutions and respective counselors.
  • Communicate with students to collect all required documents for admission and visa processing.
  • Review and verify student documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper order.
  • Maintain organized records of student documentation and application status.
  • Provide daily processing and work progress updates to the Admin or Managing Director.
  • Communicate with clients face-to-face or over the phone regarding application steps and updates.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management as required.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Skills Required: Education Counseling, Education Marketing, study abroad, Higher Study Abroad , Foreign Study Consultancy

Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 6 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms
