Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Counselor/Senior Counselor (Malaysia/Australia Destinations) based in Dhaka. The role involves guiding prospective students in their higher education application process for study destinations in Malaysia and Australia. Key responsibilities include counseling students, providing information about education opportunities abroad, assisting in application preparation, and maintaining relationships with local institutions and stakeholders. Collaborating with team members and adhering to company guidelines, the role ensures exceptional support for students aiming to achieve their academic goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills
  • Proficiency in advising and guiding students in university admissions, visa processing, and career paths
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail, time management, and documentation processes
  • Knowledge of Malaysia and Australia's higher education systems and admission procedures
  • Proficiency in using technology and familiarity with tracking tools or CRM systems
  • Experience in education consultancy or related fields is an advantage
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
