Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Admissions Counselor, located in Dhaka. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students throughout the admissions process for study abroad opportunities. Key responsibilities include advising students on educational programs, communicating with prospective applicants, assisting with application procedures, and providing exceptional customer service. The Senior Admissions Counselor will also assist in promoting the consultancy's services and fostering strong relationships with clients and partner institutions.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Interpersonal Communication and Communication to effectively engage with students, parents, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Customer Service to address inquiries, offer guidance, and ensure seamless client experiences.
- Experience in Sales, with the ability to promote educational opportunities and encourage prospective students to enroll.
- Knowledge or experience in the Education sector, particularly with study abroad programs.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude and the ability to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
- Relevant professional experience or a degree in a related field such as Education, Counseling, or Communication is highly preferred.
