Role Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Admissions Counselor in a full-time, on-site role located in Dhaka. The role involves providing expert guidance to prospective students on higher education opportunities and application processes. The Senior Admissions Counselor will assist students in identifying suitable academic programs, review application materials, and ensure a positive experience throughout the admission process. Additionally, the role includes liaising with universities, supporting recruitment events, and contributing to achieving the company's target of assisting a growing number of students in realizing their educational aspirations.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Interpersonal Communication and general Communication to effectively engage with students from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales with the ability to build trust and guide students towards achieving their educational goals.
  • Experience or knowledge in the Education sector, particularly in higher education admissions or counseling.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree in Education or a related area is a plus.
  • Proficient in using technology and digital communication tools for student engagement.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
