Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Distribution Manager based on-site in Dhaka. The role involves overseeing and managing the entire distribution operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating logistics, managing distribution teams, analyzing performance data to optimize operations, implementing cost-control strategies, and collaborating with departments to meet business objectives. The Distribution Manager will also ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards at all times.

Qualifications

  • Strong logistics and supply chain management skills, including experience in distribution planning and inventory control.
  • Proficiency in team management, leadership, and communication skills to effectively coordinate with teams and stakeholders.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as experience with data analysis and performance optimization.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards related to distribution operations.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work under pressure in dynamic environments.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and technology used for distribution management is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Prior experience in a similar role within the distribution or logistics sector will be advantageous.
