We are seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Chain & Procurement Manager from a
ITES/Software Company
to oversee end-to-end sourcing, vendor management, and procurement operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in international trade, payment facilitation, and vendor relationship management, ensuring both operational efficiency and financial compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead procurement strategies for local and international sourcing of goods and services.
  • Negotiate vendor contracts, pricing, and terms to optimize cost and ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage ERP-driven requisition-to-payment cycles with strict adherence to company policies.
  • Coordinate import/export documentation, LC processing, and customs clearance.
  • Establish and maintain strong supplier and stakeholder relationships across multiple regions.
  • Support cross-border financial settlement processes, including alternative remittance methods where required.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal audit requirements in all procurement and payment activities.

Qualifications:

  • Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain and procurement management, preferably across IT, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of international trade, shipping, and vendor negotiation.
  • Experience in managing both conventional and non-conventional vendor payment practices.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
