Assistant Manager – Supply Chain Management.

This is a
mid-senior role
for someone who doesn't just manage supply chains — but
builds, optimizes, and scales them
.

What You'll Drive:

  • Design and execute
    end-to-end supply chain strategies
    — ensuring speed, service quality, and cost optimization
  • Oversee
    procurement
    ,
    vendor management
    , and contract negotiation for high-quality and timely sourcing
  • Monitor
    inventory levels
    , reduce wastage, and optimize stock turnover across hubs
  • Streamline
    fulfillment & last-mile logistics
    — rider performance, route planning, delivery accuracy
  • Set and enforce
    QA standards
    across the supply chain — from sourcing to doorstep delivery

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years
    of experience in
    Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or Operations
  • Proven track record of managing
    cross-functional teams and vendors
    in complex supply networks
  • Experience in
    FMCG, e-commerce, startups
    , or
    logistics
    is a strong plus
  • Strong negotiation and vendor relationship skills
  • Data-driven mindset — you're comfortable making decisions backed by numbers
  • Process-oriented, cost-conscious, and comfortable with rapid problem-solving
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or Engineering
