Role Overview:

As a
Product Sourcing and Inventory Specialist
, you will play a key role in ensuring that our product offerings meet the needs of our customers while maintaining an efficient and organized inventory system. You will be responsible for sourcing high-quality wellbeing medicine products, managing supplier relationships, and overseeing the entire product lifecycle from procurement to stock management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Sourcing
    : Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure a steady flow of high-quality wellbeing products.
  • Inventory Management
    : Oversee inventory levels, ensuring products are stocked in alignment with demand, and minimize stockouts or excess inventory.
  • Supplier Negotiations
    : Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and quality standards with suppliers to ensure cost-effective and reliable sourcing.
  • Data Analysis
    : Monitor sales trends, customer preferences, and market changes to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.
  • Product Catalog Management
    : Maintain and update product listings, including descriptions, pricing, and stock availability, in line with company standards.
  • Quality Control
    : Ensure that all products meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards for well-being medicine.
  • Logistics Coordination
    : Work closely with the shipping and fulfillment team to ensure smooth delivery and stock replenishment processes.
  • Reporting
    : Regularly report on inventory performance, product sales, and sourcing issues to senior management.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in product sourcing, procurement, or inventory management, ideally in the health and wellness, natural products, or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of building successful supplier relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with inventory management software (e.g., TradeGecko, NetSuite, SAP).
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes, product lifecycle management, and demand forecasting.
  • A passion for the health and wellness industry and a commitment to providing high-quality products to customers.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a relevant field
