Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, ensure excellent customer service, and achieve branch financial targets. Responsibilities include managing staff, handling customer inquiries, conducting financial transactions, and implementing sales strategies. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance and fostering a positive working environment.

  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively

  • Experience in the banking industry is preferred
