Social Media Marketing Intern

Job Summary:

The Social Media Executive will be responsible for overseeing the content publishing, planning, and reporting activities on Facebook. This role requires a highly organized and creative individual with 1-2 years of relevant experience in social media management. The coordinator will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content, implement social media strategies, and analyze performance metrics to optimize the brand's presence on Facebook.

Responsibilities:

Content Planning and Strategy:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a content calendar for Facebook, ensuring a consistent flow of engaging and relevant content.
• Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for content improvement and innovation.
• Develop a deep understanding of the target audience to tailor content that resonates with their interests and preferences.

Content Creation and Publishing:

• Create compelling and visually appealing content for Facebook, including posts, images, videos, and other media formats, while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Write engaging captions and copy for social media posts, ensuring they align with the brand's voice and tone.
• Craft persuasive and attention-grabbing headlines, descriptions, and call-to-actions to increase click-through rates and engagement.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality visual assets that complement the written content.
• Edit and proofread all content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

Community Management:

• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on Facebook in a timely and professional manner.
• Foster positive interactions with the audience, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting brand loyalty.
• Proactively engage with followers and influencers to build relationships and encourage user-generated content.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, click-through rates, and conversions to evaluate the effectiveness of social media efforts.
• Generate regular reports and analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to optimize content strategies and achieve campaign objectives.

Collaboration and Cross-Functional Support:

• Work closely with the marketing, design, and communications teams to align social media content with overall brand messaging and campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather content requirements and ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Collaborate with influencers, partners, and other external entities to amplify brand reach and engagement on Facebook.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in social media management or a related role, with a focus on Facebook content publishing and strategy.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• Strong understanding of Facebook's algorithms, features, and best practices for organic and paid content promotion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content in both Bangla & English
• Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.
• Familiarity with digital marketing principles, including audience targeting, segmentation, and campaign optimization.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creativity and a keen eye for design aesthetics to produce visually appealing content.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
