Admin & Accounts Officer

Job Description / Responsibility

Core Responsibilities :

Office administration, HR support এবং daily accounts & finance—এই তিনটি ফাংশন একসাথে পরিচালনা করে office discipline, financial transparency ও operational smoothness নিশ্চিত করা।

Office Administration

  • Office opening/closing discipline ও daily operations supervision
  • Attendance, late, leave & overtime tracking
  • Office supplies (stationery, pantry, cleaning, internet) management
  • Office rent, utility bills & service vendor coordination
  • Office asset register (furniture, laptop, equipment) maintain

HR Support & Payroll Preparation

  • Employee attendance-based salary sheet preparation
  • Leave balance, advance & deduction tracking
  • Appointment letter, ID card, employee file maintenance
  • Office rules, SOP & discipline implementation
  • Internal notice, circular & memo issue

Daily Accounts Handling

  • Daily cash & bank transaction entry
  • Payment, receipt & journal voucher preparation
  • Cash book & bank book update
  • Purchase bill & expense verification

Billing, Receivable & Payable Control

  • Client invoice preparation (project-wise)
  • Client payment follow-up & outstanding tracking
  • Vendor bill checking & payment scheduling
  • Advance, retention & milestone tracking

Expense & Budget Control

  • Office & project expense tracking
  • Budget vs actual expense monitoring
  • Unauthorized expense alert to CEO
  • Cost optimization support
  • Reporting & CEO Support

Daily / Weekly / Monthly Reporting

  • Daily attendance & cash position report
  • Weekly expense & collection summary
  • Monthly salary, expense & outstanding report
  • Project-wise cost & profitability snapshot

Compliance & Record Keeping

  • Financial documents & vouchers file management
  • Basic VAT/TAX support data preparation
  • Audit-ready records maintenance
  • Approval workflow follow-up

KPI (Performance Indicators)

  • Attendance & payroll accuracy
  • Cash-flow clarity
  • Expense control discipline
  • Timely reporting
  • Zero documentation gap

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Accounting

Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 4 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Architecture Firm, Real Estate, Interior Design
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

  • 2–4 years experience in Admin + Accounts role
  • H.R & Admin Related Work
  • Basic accounting knowledge (cash, bank, ledger)
  • Good command on Excel / Google Sheet
  • Presentable, Honest, organized & detail-oriented
  • Able to work under pressure
