Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka for an Interior Designer. The Interior Designer will be responsible for tasks such as space planning, creating construction drawings, designing interior spaces, and selecting furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). The role involves collaborating with clients, architects, and project teams to deliver aesthetically appealing and functional interior environments. The Interior Designer will ensure that all design projects meet customer requirements, budgets, and timelines while adhering to industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Space Planning and a strong understanding of layout and spatial organization
  • Knowledge and experience in Architecture and Interior Design, with a focus on creating visually appealing and functional spaces
  • Expertise in producing accurate and detailed Construction Drawings
  • Familiarity with FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selection and implementation
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools
  • Experience in similar on-site roles or the facility management industry is an advantage
