Diploma Architect - Interior Designer

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Prepare architectural designs and working drawings for residential and commercial projects
  • Develop layout plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD
  • Coordinate with the interior design team for project execution
  • Conduct site visits and ensure work is carried out as per drawings
  • Modify designs based on client requirements
  • Assist in BOQ preparation and design coordination

Educational Requirements

  • Diploma in Architecture
  • Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
  • Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) / Diploma in Architecture or relevant qualification

Experience Requirements

  • 1 to 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Architecture Firm,Interior Design

Additional Requirements

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory
  • Knowledge of SketchUp and 3D visualization will be an added advantage
  • Strong understanding of architectural and interior drawings
  • Responsible, punctual, and a good team player
  • Minimum 1–3 years of relevant work experience preferred
