Job Responsibilities:

  • Source products based on company requirements.
  • To ensure daily finished products for sales and future stock.
  • To ensure flawless supply chain and factory operations (Processing, packaging, storing, delivery, and logistics).
  • Taking the right time, the right decision for Production, troubleshooting, and delivery.
  • Maintain accurate inventories of materials and supplies related to imports and sales.
  • Analyze stock levels and initiate procurement as necessary.
  • Develop and implement policies to optimize efficiency, quality, and safety within the supply chain.
  • Identify the most efficient shipment and transportation routes, with a focus on warehousing and distribution consolidation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless and efficient supply chain.
  • Evaluate supplier performance regarding quality and timely delivery; assist in identifying and qualifying new suppliers.
  • To make decisions and do the work when it is necessary for the department.

Education:

  • Honors/Masters
  • DVM / Animal Husbandry / Fisheries / Agro Business background.
  • PGDSCM is an added advantage.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication skills in both English and Bangla, verbal and written.
  • Excellent negotiation skills for effective collaboration with vendors, suppliers, logistics partners, and customers.
  • Leadership and supervisory capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Tech-savvy, proficiency in MS Office, ERP software.

Experience:

  • 2–3 years of relevant field experience.
