Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Executive based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day logistics, managing hiring processes, coordinating with clients, ensuring time management, and maintaining smooth communication for operational efficiency. This role requires proactive problem-solving and effective management of supply chain activities to support seamless production and sales operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Operations and Operations Management
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
  • Excellent Analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Experience in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
