Role Description

This is a contract role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, with a hybrid work arrangement. The role is based in Nārāyanganj, with some flexibility for remote work. The Specialist will handle daily responsibilities such as developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, executing marketing initiatives, and delivering excellent customer service. Additional tasks include conducting training sessions for clients and team members, as well as monitoring sales performance to meet business targets.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Sales and Sales Management
  • Experience in Training and mentoring sales teams
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
  • Proficiency in market research and strategic planning is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
