Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Partner located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Business Partner will be responsible for developing business strategies, managing client relationships, overseeing operations, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with various departments, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The role will also involve regular interaction with local communities and stakeholders to promote sustainable tourism.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business management, strategic planning, and revenue growth
  • Strong skills in client relationship management and contract negotiation
  • Operational oversight, project management, and team coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of sustainable tourism practices and community engagement
  • Ability to work independently and with diverse teams
  • Prior experience in the travel and hospitality industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field
