Job Description / Responsibility

• A leading Garments manufacture and exporter. We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and highly potential and versatile professionals for the above-mentioned position.
• He must be a good planner, organizer and driver to handle 30-44-line capacity woven factory.
• Applicant should implement modern production system and should have sound knowledge in machine layout and cost-effective system.
• Responsible for execution of all production work of converting inputs into outputs as per buyers` instructions. To monitor cutting, sewing, finishing and packing reports and ensure shipments are made on time.
• Work with the Production Planning team to plan and to liaise with the Management / Buying team to give necessary instructions to the Production Manager of the unit regarding the production plan and delivery changes.
• To give necessary instructions to the Production / Cutting / Sample team to make a sample of a particular buyer in order to get the approval of mass production.
• To closely monitor and ensure the implementation of the production schedule.
• Will be responsible to ensure production hourly and daily targets are met and will be responsible if any production manager fails to achieve the production target.
• To prepare and monitor production plan weekly, monthly and quarterly basis; monitor and work with merchandising to ensure all materials are in-house and approvals are all received.
• In addition, PD will be tasked in ensuring daily profit goals are achieved, and efficiency improves in cutting, sewing and finishing.
• Will be responsible about the quality of garments and to guide his subordinates to take necessary corrective measures if there is any problem of quality so that garments can be made and shipped without hassle in inspections.
• Will be responsible to coordinate with the Quality Manager so that defective goods are not produced, and DHU improves at needle-point
• Must ensure all proper documentation of all activities in the production floor are arranged, as per industry and buyer standards.
• Must provide job assignments to PM & other subordinates, and maintain daily hourly follow up.
• Must coordinate with all concerned so that production progresses as per plan.
• Must be able to implement cost saving strategy in every stage of production, so that production cost is reduced.
• Strictly follow up hourly production and work for increasing Lead all production staff from the front and having good command on them Ensure complete tasks to make finished goods from raw materials Communicate always with the merchandising team and solve every production-related issue involved merchandising
• Achieve maximum production by the lowest cost Appointing and interviewing all production staff and their salary fixation Guide IE team for increasing production Giving feedback to garments Buyer and Buyer QC Communicate with top management directly when need in any issues of his garments factory Coordinating with buyers for capacity bookings and ensure the line loading for all running buyers Drive to reduce wastage, cost, expenses & maximize profit and Renovate the resources & ensure its right utilization
• Must Ensure monthly Profit and Prepare the Budget, Order Status, target/achievement, Loss Root Cause reports to the Management.
• Performance improvement and re-engineering to improve efficiency.
• Handling all types of production issues, section by section coordination, and especially focusing on the sewing and finishing section.
• Dealing with garment mills, vendors, buyer QC, and laundries for product improvement and taking on-site training to related partners to accomplish the wash approval process and standard.
• Work closely with the production team from the development stage in order to foresee production bottlenecks and quality problems and troubleshoot them.
• Flowing supplier's final piece-by-piece garment checks and ensures conformity with the buyer quality requirements and checks the level of garments being prepared for QCC 1 checks.
• Laundry evaluations, making reports and upgrading them as per company standards and SOPs.
• Upgrade the technical data sheet and work on different projects and present those to stakeholder's timely manner.
• Controlling the audit assessment process of the washing units.
• Make risk analysis of new wash effects in order to foresee potential problems. Work on an alternative solution on recipes/work methods/suppliers in order to achieve the best wash results within the best quality/lead-time/price.
• Prepare a schedule and plan the daily work for the wet and dry process and delegate the work depending on the workload and priority requirements.
• Conduct Pre-production meetings with merchandising team, Buyer representative, and QA department to take over the job as per the style.
• Effective follow-up on materials inventory, production process, quality standards & team performance & Finlay making sure that product and procedures are on time and of good quality.
• Responsible for bulk approval, bulk production, coordination, and sampling.
• To lead the whole production and manufacturing process.
• Day-to-day production plan to meet customer delivery date, implement and focus on customer requirements.
• Constant quality improvements without compromising with high efficiency & productivity.
• Minimize defective garments to reduce time and extra expenditure for production.
