talented and experienced Cinematographer

Are you a master of:

• Visual Storytelling:
  Translating creative scripts and concepts into high-quality, impactful visual narratives.
• Technical Expertise:
  Operating and maintaining professional camera and lighting equipment with mastery.
• Creative Collaboration:
  Working seamlessly with directors, producers, and the creative team to achieve a unified vision.
• On-Set Excellence:
  Ensuring all shoots run smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest technical standards.

Your role will involve:

• Collaborating with the Director and creative team to determine the visual style and technical approach for projects.
• Selecting, setting up, and operating cameras, lenses, and specialized equipment (e.g., gimbals, drones).
• Designing and executing sophisticated lighting setups (natural, artificial, and mixed) to create the desired mood and atmosphere.
• Overseeing the camera and lighting crew on set.
• Ensuring the quality, consistency, and technical integrity of all recorded footage.
• Staying updated on the latest cinematography trends, equipment, and post-production techniques.
• Managing and organizing the agency's cinematography equipment inventory.

We're looking for someone with:

• A bachelor's degree in Film Studies, Cinematography, Media Production, or a related field.
• Proven experience
  as a Cinematographer or Director of Photography (DOP), preferably within an agency or commercial production environment.
• An exceptional portfolio demonstrating a strong aesthetic sense and technical proficiency.
• Expert knowledge of various camera systems, lighting techniques, and color grading principles.
• The ability to work efficiently and creatively under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong collaborative mindset.
• Flexibility to travel and work unconventional hours when required for shoots.

  competitive salary package starting at BDT 25,000/- to BDT 30,000/-,
  negotiable based on experience.

Badda, Dhaka
Work Hours:
9:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 5 days a week (with 2 days off)
