Lead, Sales Transformation & Analytics

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Develop predictive models and dashboards for forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
  • Implement advanced analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python) to support decision-making.
  • Design and execute transformation strategies to modernize sales processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Assess current automation systems and AI adoption in sales operations for efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations to align analytics and transformation initiatives with business objectives.
  • Provide actionable insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in sales processes.
  • Develop training programs and communication plans to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Skills Required: sales and Distribution, Sales Analysis, Data analysis, statistical modelling, Transformational Leadership

Experience Requirements

  • At least 8 year(s)
