About EPS:

EPS (Easy Payment System) is a Bangladesh Bank-licensed Payment System Operator (PSO) transforming how individuals and businesses experience financial transactions. We enable secure, real-time payment solutions across multiple channels, supporting the nation's transition toward a fully cashless economy.

Job Responsibilities:

·      Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential merchants and business partners.

·      Support the sales team in conducting market research and lead generation.

·      Help prepare sales reports, proposals, and marketing materials.

·      Maintain accurate records of client communications and sales activities in CRM tools.

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Product, and Support) for merchant onboarding and issue resolution.

·      Collect feedback from clients and share insights to improve sales strategies.

·      Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and fintech innovations.

Requirements:

·      Bachelor's degree (ongoing or completed) in
Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
.

·      Strong interest in
Fintech, Digital Payments, and Financial Technology
.

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

·      Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

·      Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
