Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and edit engaging short-form video content (CapCut/iPhone).
  • Collaborate with designers to deliver impactful visuals.
  • Plan and manage video shoots with external creators.
  • Execute online/offline marketing campaigns to drive leads and enrollments.
  • Represent MHR Education confidently in meetings and events.
  • Research market trends and competitors to inform strategy.
  • Track and optimize campaign performance for ROI.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in marketing (education or service sector preferred).
  • Proven skills in short-form content creation and social media growth.
  • Strong English communication and presentation skills.
  • Confident, target-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Proficiency in CapCut, Canva, and MS Office.
