Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The SEO Manager will lead and execute comprehensive SEO strategies across multiple client accounts, manage audits and performance analysis, oversee keyword research and link-building initiatives, and collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to drive sustainable organic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end SEO strategies aligned with business and client objectives
  • Conduct technical, on-page, and off-page SEO audits and translate findings into actionable plans
  • Lead keyword research, competitive analysis, and content optimization initiatives
  • Oversee link-building strategies and ensure compliance with best practices
  • Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools; prepare insights and reports
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate SEO with content, paid media, and overall marketing strategy
  • Mentor junior SEO team members and ensure consistent execution standards

Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in SEO audits, keyword research, technical SEO, and link building
  • Hands-on experience with web analytics and performance reporting
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and industry-standard SEO tools
  • Demonstrated success in planning and executing scalable SEO strategies
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities
  • 3+ years of relevant SEO experience preferred

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field from a reputed university.
