Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cox's Bazar District. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team within the assigned region, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. The Manager will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with key clients, negotiating contracts, and tracking sales performance. Additionally, the role will involve providing sales training, setting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management, leadership, and team management
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics and develop action plans
  • Solid understanding of market trends and customer needs
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office
  • Experience in the relevant industry is a plus
