Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Executive located in Dhaka. The Training Executive will be responsible for conducting and organizing training sessions, developing training materials, evaluating training effectiveness, and ensuring the seamless execution of training programs. The individual will collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and implement solutions to enhance employees' skills and performance. Additionally, the role involves maintaining training records, preparing reports, and staying updated with the latest trends in professional training and development.

Qualifications

  • Experience in conducting training sessions and developing training materials
  • Knowledge of Lean Management, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence tools
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements
  • Familiarity with professional training topics such as soft skills, efficiency, productivity improvement, and leadership
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or related field
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Previous experience in management consulting or professional training is a plus
  • Proficiency in using training software and tools
