Location: Lalmatia, Dhaka

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Saturday to Thursday)

Overview:

We are urgently seeking a dynamic Telesales Executive to join our team and help drive exceptional performance. If you're results-oriented, comfortable working in a high-pressure environment, and eager to exceed targets, this could be your next role.

Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years in telesales, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role

Excellent spoken and written English and Bengali

Proven ability to motivate a team (where applicable), meet targets, and deliver consistent results

Strong problem-solving skills, positive attitude, adaptability under pressure

Key Responsibilities:

Lead telesales outreach efforts to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets

Monitor call quality and sales strategies; train and support agents

Handle escalated client calls and negotiate high-value deals personally

Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and develop strategies for improvement

Maintain deep product knowledge to guide and support the team effectively
