Role Description:

The Senior Marketing Manager will oversee the planning and execution of comprehensive marketing initiatives to elevate Tabby's brand and drive user acquisition. You will lead a team to develop strategies across digital, content, and performance marketing, manage campaign performance, perform analytics, and optimize marketing efforts to achieve business goals. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish cohesive branding and effectively communicate Tabby's value proposition to its target audience. This is a full-time remote role.

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, and performance marketing techniques such as SEO and SEM
  • Expertise in brand management, content creation, and campaign development
  • Proficiency in data analytics, marketing tools, and using insights for campaign optimization
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • Experience in marketing for fintech, startups, or SaaS products is a plus
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Yearly Salary:
BDT 8 lacs-10 lacs
