Our client is a leading Global Leading Engineering Consultancy with a stellar reputation for groundbreaking, innovative infrastructure projects across the world are working as the PMC on a large-scale infrastructure/rail project in Dhaka.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the site-based PMC construction management function, ensuring contractors deliver in line with the project's scope, quality, and schedule.
  • Coordinate between contractors, consultants, and client stakeholders to resolve technical and site issues.
  • Monitor progress, implement risk management strategies, and enforce safety protocols across all construction activities.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, project specifications, and international standards.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to site supervision staff.
  • Prepare regular progress reports, highlighting risks, opportunities, and mitigation measures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of
    20+ years' experience
    , with significant exposure to
    major rail or large-scale infrastructure projects
    .
  • Significant infrastructure project experience (Bridge/expressway/flyover/road
  • Proven track record working in a
    PMC or consultancy capacity
    on complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
