Job Description / Responsibility

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Site Engineer-Construction
to supervise, monitor, and execute construction site activities efficiently. The ideal candidate must have extensive hands-on experience in civil construction projects, site supervision, and coordination with project teams, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of work.

  • Site Supervision Study all types of drawings like Rajuk Plan, Architectural, Structural, Perspective to find out any dissimilarity/Deviation for correction from respective departments Supervise project works and Ensuring smooth operation of project activities as peer Work Schedule Maintaining proper documentations of project related works.
  • Supervise and monitor steel structure construction and finishing works as per approved design and plan.
  • Monitoring labor work progress regularly, quality with performance and Checked labor bill.
  • Responsible to complete project works within the given schedule time by the Management.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and management for smooth project execution.
  • Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and update to management.
  • Ensuring quality of construction materials at the site.
  • Checking & ensuring the safety and security of construction works and workers.
  • Materials receiving & distribution for projects, update material record.
  • Coordination with purchase department for supply of materials.
  • Maintain store, utility records & update bill information.
  • Ensure safety, security, and cleanness.

Educational Requirements

  • Diploma in Civil
  • Skills Required: Real Estate, Civil Enginnering, Civil Construction, consulting Firms

Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Consulting Firms,Real Estate,Developer

Additional Requirements

  • Must have strong knowledge of Fare Face building construction.
  • Must have strong knowledge of BNBC- 2020, guideline on building construction.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in AutoCAD (2D/3D) for designing and drafting.
  • Thorough knowledge of construction and building materials quality.
  • Ability to handle contractors and workers effectively·
  • Practical field experience and problem- solving mindset.
