We're Hiring: Lead Generation Specialist at PixelCore Solutions

PixelCore Solutions is a creative agency that provides professional services in video editing, motion graphics, branding, and digital design. We work closely with content creators, entrepreneurs, and businesses to bring their vision to life through powerful visuals and strategic outreach.


What We're Looking For:

We're in search of a Lead Generation Specialist who can help us find and connect with potential clients across various platforms, primarily targeting YouTubers, online coaches, and digital brands in need of video editing services.


Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients based on agency criteria
  • Generate high-quality leads through platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and email
  • Craft and send personalized cold emails or messages
  • Track and manage leads using spreadsheets or CRM tools
  • Collaborate with the creative team to understand our services and positioning
  • Follow up and maintain communication with warm leads


Required Skills:

  • Prior experience in lead generation, sales outreach, or digital marketing
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Basic understanding of video editing or creative agency services is a plus
  • Ability to meet weekly targets and work independently
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Notion, , or Apollo is a bonus
