. The company has been involved in the Metal Container's business in Bangladesh since 1990. JNBL had set up the factory in Chittagong. Over the decades, JNBL has evolved to become the leading Metal Container manufacturer in the country and has diversified into Paint containers, Lubricant Oil, Engine oil, Food grade Container.

Responsibilities:

  • To build and maintain long-term customer relationships by deeply understanding their business challenges, goals, and aspirations.
  • To conduct in-depth analysis of customers' business models, industries, and pain areas to foresee current and future needs of customers.
  • To offer personalized solutions by customizing products or services that align with each customer's operational and strategic requirements.
  • To ensure consistent, transparent communication with customers and engage closely with other functions such as sample/product creation, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • To create effective proposals, address objections, and negotiate favorable terms that benefit both the customer and the organization. Additionally, coordinate the order process from the purchase order to production and delivery.
  • To coordinate with the factory to provide timely and accurate production and delivery. Additionally, promptly coordinate billing, maintain documents, and collect payments.
  • To ensure customer service post-sale by assisting with onboarding, troubleshooting, and providing updates or new solutions as needed.
  • To drive customer loyalty by receiving and responding to customer feedback, and continually improving service delivery to establish strong client relationships.
  • To support management team by maintaining various types of data, analyse data, and generate reports and presentations as required.
  • To collaborate with other departments, engage in cross-functional activities, and attend business expos and the like.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Business Administration from a reputed university.
  • Master's in Business Administration will be an added advantage.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience will be preferred.
