Role Summary

We are seeking a
senior-level Compliance Executive (6–15 years' experience)
to manage our
MRA Digital Banking License
and ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements. This leadership role involves handling licensing processes, managing compliance reporting, and serving as the key point of contact with Bangladesh Bank, NBR, MRA, and other regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all processes related to
    MRA Digital Banking License
    applications, renewals, and updates.
  • Ensure company-wide compliance with Bangladesh Bank, NBR, MRA, and all relevant authorities.
  • Monitor regulatory changes in financial and digital banking laws and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Oversee compliance documentation, audit readiness, and maintain license records.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory reports within deadlines.
  • Liaise with regulators, auditors, and internal teams on compliance matters.
  • Conduct compliance risk assessments and internal reviews.
  • Support management in audits, inspections, and governance frameworks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's / LLB / LLM in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
  • 6–15 years of experience
    in regulatory compliance, financial services, or digital banking.
  • Strong understanding of Bangladesh Bank, NBR, and MRA frameworks.
  • Proven expertise in licensing procedures, compliance reporting, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent organizational, reporting, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with the highest integrity.
