Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Talent Acquisition Night Shift (9 PM-6 AM), based in Tejgaon Thana. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding potential candidates. Key responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, building talent pipelines, maintaining networks with potential hires, and working with departmental managers to identify staffing needs. Collaboration with HR teams and ensuring a positive candidate experience will be integral to the role. This position will also involve analysing recruitment data to enhance hiring processes and support strategic workforce planning.

Qualifications

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for telesales and customer service roles.

Conduct interviews and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Coordinate recruitment activities, including assessments and onboarding formalities.

Maintain recruitment data, reports, and proper documentation.

Collaborate with team leaders to understand hiring needs and job requirements.

Ensure smooth and professional communication with all candidates.

Requirements

Experience:
1–2 years (International Call Center background preferred).

Educational Background:
Minimum BBA in HRM or any Bachelor's degree, preferably from an English medium background.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment targets.

Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive, positive attitude.

Must be comfortable working in
Night Shift
.
