Job Overview:

Ignition Marketing Ltd. is looking for a talented and strategic Content Executive/Copywriter to craft compelling, creative, and impactful messaging for our clients and in-house brands. This role is perfect for someone who loves words, understands audiences, and can blend creativity with strategy to deliver results-driven copy across multiple channels. You will work closely with our creative, marketing, and design teams to shape brand voices, develop engaging narratives, and execute content strategies that resonate with audiences and amplify business goals. Strong scriptwriting skills will be a key part of your work, as you'll contribute to ad films, corporate AVs, social media reels, and campaign videos.

Key Responsibilities:


• Write clear, compelling, and persuasive copy for websites, social media, ad campaigns, emailers, blogs, video scripts, and other marketing materials.


• Develop engaging scripts for ad films, explainer videos, reels, corporate AVs, and event content


• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to build content calendars and ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.


• Optimize content for SEO to drive organic reach and improve visibility.


• Research industry trends and competitors to ensure messaging stays relevant and competitive.


• Edit and proofread copy to maintain brand voice, consistency, and accuracy.


• Adapt tone and messaging to suit diverse audiences and platforms.


• Support brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for campaigns and content strategy.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.


• 1–2 years of experience in copywriting, content writing, or a similar role (agency experience is a plus).


• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of writing styles and mediums.


• Excellent command of written and spoken English & Bangla.


• Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing trends.


• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output.

Additional Skills (Plus Point):


• Experience in scriptwriting for ads, reels, or explainer videos.


• Basic understanding of content analytics and performance tracking.


• Ability to write for both B2B and B2C audiences.
