We aim to make studying and relocating as stress-free as possible through interactive counseling for students and their families. Our Bangladesh office connects students with hundreds of education providers including top universities and colleges. We maintain regular contact with Admissions and Academic Departments to ensure our clients receive optimal support throughout their educational and career journeys in Australia.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dhaka for a Student Counselor. The Student Counselor will be responsible for providing expert guidance to students regarding their educational and migration processes. Daily tasks include career counseling, education planning, communicating with students and education providers, and offering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Experience in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Background in Education
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
- Ability to maintain detailed and accurate records
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field is preferred
- Prior experience in educational consulting is a plus
- Proficiency in English and Bangla languages
