Engineer - Business Operations

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Providing professional technical support and service to customers.
  • Liaise with the R&D department for new product development or upgrades.
  • Troubleshooting of problems encountered at the customer side.
  • Preparing technical document for product approval from customer
  • Work as team member to establish the project

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering
  • Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science & Engineering
  • Skills Required: Microsoft Office, Basic trouble Shooting, Engineering Documentation, Java or Python Programming Language

Experience Requirements

  • At most 1 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Telecommunication,Manufacturing (FMCG),Multinational Companies
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (both Bangla & English).
