Job Description / Responsibility

As the COO, you will work at the core of the company's operations and strategic initiatives. Under your leadership, the company's daily operations will become more efficient and data-driven. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee and manage the company's day-to-day operations and business processes.
  • Provide leadership and coordination to the telesales, academic, marketing, and product development teams.
  • Implement new projects and initiatives, ensuring achievement of goals according to timelines and budgets.
  • Monitor the performance of operational activities, define and evaluate KPIs and OKRs.
  • Design effective business processes and ensure their continuous improvement (Process Optimization).
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the performance, productivity, and efficiency of internal teams.
  • Play an active role in strategic decision-making with the company's CEO and executive team.
  • Contribute to product and operational improvements through data-driven analysis and research.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Education (B.Ed)
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA)
  • [University of Dhaka, North South University, BRAC University, Khulna University, Rajshahi University ]students will get preference
  • Skills Required: Operational Management, Communication, Problem solving and decision making, Team Management and leadership

Experience Requirements

  • 5 to 7 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup
