Job Overview

The role is responsible for developing revenue planning & product roadmap and managing business performance in Commercial value Chain (Product & Marketing). The candidate will assist in developing granular level commercial targets & KPIs, as well as managing overall product commission budget to achieve company ambition in line with strategy. This role is also responsible for bringing detailed performance insights and risks with commercial mitigation plans. This role ensures implementation of commercial roadmap.

Responsibilities

  • Plan monthly, quarterly, and yearly product & revenue by setting commercial growth milestones (KPIs across commercial drivers like Voice, Data, ARPU, etc.) and ensure timely execution
  • Develop Circle/Region targets for Circles, Clusters, and Channels (Physical & Digital)
  • Monitor KPI's and create insight by analyzing performance trends, identifying risks, and propose mitigation strategies in collaboration with portfolio and channel owners
  • Plan & manage commission budgets with focusing cost efficiency by effective channel & portfolio commission mix strategy in collaboration with Cost Governance Office, portfolio and channel owners
  • Develop & support Pricing team with portfolio profitability analytics
  • Develop quarterly revenue forecasts in collaboration with product stream & strategy team.
  • Prepare market research and industry analysis to generate actionable insights for Product/Marketing MT
  • Drive granular level analysis and identify markets/cluster for interventions – product, channel, CVM, distribution to Identify growth hubs, monetization opportunities, and risks
  • Collaborate across Product, Marketing, Cost Office, BI, Sales, and Technology

Education & Skill

  • Graduate from any reputed university
  • Business/STEM graduates will have preference, MBA preferred
  • Critical thinker, result oriented, self-motivated, flexible and growth mindset to make difference
  • Effective planning and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent communication and storytelling ability

Experience

  • 4-6 years experience in greater Commercial / Finance
  • Experience in conducting analysis using dataset will be an advantage
  • Understanding of telco-digital product, product lifecycle & GTM management, existing technology capabilities and future requirements preferred
  • Understanding of competition landscape, regulatory environment, consumer insight, industry & global benchmarking preferred
