Role Description

This is a contract role for an Executive, Program Development, located on-site in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Executive will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing training programs and events. Key tasks will include coordinating with trainers, developing program materials, liaising with clients, managing event logistics, and ensuring the overall quality of the programs. The Executive will also play a role in enhancing client relationships and ensuring that the training programs meet client expectations.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum graduation in any discipline (freshers highly encouraged to apply)
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Smart, proactive, and confident communicator

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships
  • Draft travel itineraries
  • Prepare invoices, budgets, contracts, and legal documents
  • Develop Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Expressions of Interest (EOIs)
  • Coordinate with foreign partners to arrange training institutions, hotels, transportation, and guides
  • Design training schedules based on needs assessments
  • Perform both in‐house and occasional field work

English Language Proficiency

  • IELTS band score ≥ 7.0 is an advantage
