Job Description 

  • Establish effective internal communication strategy with the aim of ensuring that all internal communication appropriately reflects the aspired organization culture, values and influence employee engagement

  • Ensure that all internal communications are in sync with relevant external communication and fits into overall communication strategy.  

  • Drive continuous pulse check initiatives and employee engagement surveys and coordinate the action planning across all functions and ensure implementation of the action plans

  • Drive the organizational process of implementing company values and vision and facilitate building and adherence of the corporate culture through effectively planned communications

  • Lead and drive the digital platforms and channels of internal communication with relevant contents and innovate new methods and platforms for engaging employees 

  • Plan and organize employee participated events through effective collaboration with the concerned internal and external stakeholders utilizing physical, virtual and hybrid event modality as appropriate.

  • Coordinate with the necessary stakeholders to produce and disseminate effective communication for cultural transformation, change management, crisis management and mitigation

Academic Qualification

  • BBA /Business Graduate from any UGC approved University

Job Experience Required

  • Minimum 3/4 years working experience.

  • Experience in any Telecom industry will be preferred

Required Capabilities

  • Ability to deliver clear, effective communications aligned with mission, goals, and business objectives

  • Ability to build strong cross-company relationships and collaborate with stakeholders to meet communication needs

  • Ability to research, tailor, and develop editorial content for diverse internal audiences

  • Sound knowledge on designing and executing integrated communications across web, social, print, video, audio, and events

  • Ability to create engaging communication products that drive employee participation and audience interaction

  • Ability to manage external partners and agencies for employee engagement events and related communications

  • Ability to demonstrate strong writing, editing, and presentation skills

  • Ability to develop digital content tailored for in-house communication platforms and channels
