Job Description

  • Develop and execute an integrated internal communication strategy that reinforces organizational culture, values, and employee engagement while aligning with overall corporate communication objectives.
  • Ensure consistency and alignment between internal and external communications to support brand integrity and cultural coherence.
  • Lead continuous employee listening mechanisms, including pulse surveys and engagement assessments, and drive cross-functional action planning and implementation.
  • Champion the embedding of company vision and values by enabling cultural transformation and behavior change through purposeful and targeted communications.
  • Own and evolve digital internal communication platforms and channels, introducing innovative tools and content to enhance employee connection and participation.
  • Plan and deliver impactful employee engagement events across physical, virtual, and hybrid formats in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to manage communications for change initiatives, cultural transformation, and crisis situations with clarity and impact.

Academic Qualification

  • BBA /Business Graduate from any UGC approved University

Job Experience Required

  • Minimum 3/4 years working experience in relevant field.
  • Experience in any Telecom industry will be preferred

Required Capabilities

  • Ability to deliver clear, effective communications aligned with mission, goals, and business objectives
  • Ability to build strong cross-company relationships and collaborate with stakeholders to meet communication needs
  • Ability to research, tailor, and develop editorial content for diverse internal audiences
  • Sound knowledge on designing and executing integrated communications across web, social, print, video, audio, and events
  • Ability to create engaging communication products that drive employee participation and audience interaction
  • Ability to manage external partners and agencies for employee engagement events and related communications
  • Ability to demonstrate strong writing, editing, and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop digital content tailored for in-house communication platforms and channels
