Expo Group Bangladesh is looking for a detail-oriented and driven individual to join our team as EHS and Facilities Lead.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and implement workplace health & safety policies.


• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits and emergency preparedness programs.


• Manage facility operations including maintenance, security, and space planning.


• Lead employee wellness and workplace hygiene initiatives.


• Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and maintain proper documentation.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree.


• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH / IOSH / IFMA are preferred.


• Minimum 6 years of experience in Health, Safety & Facilities Management.


• Strong knowledge of local labor laws, safety standards, and vendor management.
