*Introduction*
The Sales Operations Associate is an entry-level role responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Sales Operations team. This position ensures that sales processes run smoothly, data is accurately maintained, and sales teams are equipped with the tools and information they need to meet revenue targets. The Coordinator will work closely with sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, improve reporting, and maintain high data integrity.
*Job Responsibilities*
Project Support:
- Partner with Sales Leadership and Sales Operations to support quarterly strategic initiatives and special projects.
- Deliver timely ad-hoc reporting and analysis in response to Sales Leadership requests.
Process Improvement:
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies in account executive workflows, collaborating with Sales Operations to design and implement solutions.
- Develop and maintain clear, simplified process documentation to improve adoption and execution across the sales organization.
Data Integrity and Reporting:
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales data within CRM and related systems.
- Provide administrative support including report preparation, pipeline tracking, and record maintenance.
- Assist in producing and distributing sales performance dashboards and recurring reports for leadership review.
Sales Enablement Administration:
- Manage the distribution, tracking, and accessibility of sales enablement materials.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, prepare agendas, and capture action items for Sales Operations initiatives.
- Maintain and update Salesforce dashboards to provide sales teams with accurate and timely performance insights
Monday to Friday, 2 PM to 10 PM Dhaka time
*Knowledge and Experience*
- 0-1+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Program Management within SaaS or a tech-forward company.
- Proven ability to work independently and influence stakeholders across functions without direct authority.
- Hands on Experience with Salesforce***

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
