Data Entry Intern

to support our supply chain and business operations. This role provides hands-on experience in data management, documentation, and reporting while working in a fast-paced international trade environment. The intern will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely entry of business data, maintaining records, and assisting with administrative tasks that support procurement, logistics, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Entry & Record Keeping:

Enter, update, and maintain accurate information in spreadsheets, databases, and company records.
- Documentation Support:

Prepare, organize, and digitize procurement, logistics, and inventory documents.
- Email & Communication Support:

Assist in drafting simple email correspondence and maintaining structured records of communications.
- Reporting:

Generate basic reports on data trends, supplier information, and inventory updates.
- Quality Control:

Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Market/Business Data Research:

Support in collecting and compiling information on pricing, suppliers, and other business data points.

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail with accuracy in typing and data handling.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Previous data entry or administrative experience is an advantage but not required.
