Open Positions (2 Posts)

  1. Data Entry Specialist

  2. Perform accurate and timely data typing and file management

  3. Research and collect data from multiple online sources
  4. Manage e-commerce product listings, spreadsheets, and reports

  5. Ensure accuracy and speed in data entry tasks

  6. Customer Support Agent (Live Chat & Tickets)

  7. Communicate with clients via live chat, email, and support tickets

  8. Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries related to our apps
  9. Document and escalate issues to the technical team when needed
  10. Maintain a positive and professional tone with clients

Job Responsibilities (Both Roles)

  • Data mining, copy-paste work, PDF to Word/Excel conversion
  • Browser and social media research
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately
  • Write and respond in proper English
  • Handle customer queries through chat and support tools
  • Identify app-related issues and inform the internal team

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail & typing accuracy
