Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Data Entry & Logistics Team Supervisor
to oversee our sample collection, data entry, and delivery operations. The role involves supervising a team responsible for handling medical samples, managing accurate data entry, and ensuring timely delivery of both soft and hard copies of reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the
    data entry and logistics team
    to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Oversee
    medical sample collection, handling, and transportation
    while ensuring proper protocols are followed.
  • Ensure
    accurate and timely entry of sample-related data
    into internal systems.
  • Coordinate and manage the
    delivery of soft and hard copies
    of reports to clients, labs, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor
    operational workflows
    to improve efficiency.
  • Liaise with internal departments, healthcare providers, and external vendors to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to maintain
    high performance and accuracy standards
    .
  • Maintain
    records and documentation
    related to samples, deliveries, and operational activities.
  • Ensure
    compliance with health, safety, and confidentiality guidelines
    .
  • Prepare and submit
    daily, weekly, and monthly reports
    on team performance and operational status.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Business Administration, Logistics, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience
    in logistics, operations, or data entry supervision, preferably in a
    healthcare or diagnostic
    setup.
  • Proven experience in
    team leadership and coordination
    .
  • Strong
    organizational, communication, and problem-solving
    skills.
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office
    and data management systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of
    sample handling protocols
    and
    healthcare confidentiality standards
    will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in a
    medical diagnostics or healthcare-related company
    .
  • Familiarity with
    LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems)
    .
  • Strong focus on
    accuracy, quality, and timely delivery
    .
