Role Description

This is a
full-time, on-site role
based in
Dhaka
for a
Student Counselor (Europe & Australia Focus)
.

The Student Counselor will:

  • Provide
    academic and career counseling
    to students.
  • Guide students in selecting suitable
    courses, universities, and destinations
    .
  • Assist in
    application, admission, and visa processes
    .
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of
    admission requirements, scholarship opportunities, and visa regulations
    for European and Australian institutions.
  • Deliver
    excellent customer service
    and build long-term relationships with students and parents.
  • Work toward achieving
    monthly KPIs
    (Key Performance Indicators).
  • Earn
    commissions or performance bonuses
    upon successful KPI fulfillment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in
    Student Counseling
    or
    Career Guidance
    , preferably in the international education sector.
  • Strong
    communication skills
    (both verbal and written).
  • Excellent
    customer service orientation
    with empathy and patience.
  • Good knowledge of
    education systems, visa procedures, and university admission processes
    in Europe and Australia.
  • Fluency in
    English
    ; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Ability to work both
    independently and as part of a team
    .
