We are now seeking an experienced
Lead, Business Development (International Marketplace)
to strengthen our client acquisition efforts and expand our international presence.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement strategies to attract and onboard international clients from
LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, and B2B channels
.

* Identify potential clients in
Healthcare, Accounting, and Customer Service
sectors.

* Build and manage strong client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships.

* Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.

* Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to align business goals.

* Track performance metrics and present regular progress reports.

Requirements

* 4–5 years of experience in
business development, client acquisition, or sales
in a BPO or outsourcing environment.

* Strong understanding of
international marketplaces and client prospecting tools
.

* Proven success in acquiring clients from the
USA, UK, Australia, or Canada
.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

* Strategic mindset with the ability to drive measurable results.
